A response to the COVID-19 pandemic through a lens of creativity and mindfulness.
This project was initiated by (no name) Art Group in April 2020. Each artist designed a square to create one group image. The squares reveal an important message. Although we’re separate, “We’re All In This Together”.
I titled my square (#2) “Waking Up”, and participated in this project to help reinforce the reality that during this global pandemic, we really are in it together. Sometimes it is easy to forget that each of our actions affects others. It was important to me that my husband, Mark, be a part of the project, so I based my square on one of his photographs of a butterfly in our garden. I wanted our square to be hopeful and uplifting.

The (no name) Art Group
Initiated in 1999, the (no name) Art Group hosts creative art exhibitions and fundraisers in support of charities dedicated to raising awareness of significant world issues. As one of the Honorary Board Members of the group, I enjoy being a participating artist as well as a member of the behind-the-scenes think tank for each project.
